Constant lies! We had him rebuild our house after Sandy and had constant problems. Our brand new roof leaks, he said he fixed it yet it continues to leak. He does not seem to have any tools or actually have any knowledge of rebuilding. Our front steps were built way too steep and he installed all of the windows wrong. We specifically told him we wanted windows with the grilles and he said don't worry you can put them in afterwards. All 32 of the windows do not have an aftermarket grille. He put down all 1800 square feet of our new wood flooring down with a finish nailer instead of using the right nailer (once again he doesn't actually own any tools). Also on the demo his crew made a huge mess and filled our yard with shattered glass and never cleaned it up. He couldn't even properly install a microwave vent. I wish we saw this all happening sooner so we could have bailed. We are now stuck with a newly built house with many issues.
