This builder is very untrustworthy. After completing our home he reneged on many promises, did not complete work agreed upon prior to closing and refuses to honor this warranty.
We are having to take legal action to have the warranty repairs get completed as well as address foundation issues which he refuses to acknowledge. These are issues that could compromise the house’s structural integrity.
I would never recommend this builder and regret purchasing this house from him.
