If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with TLC Pools & Spa has been a nightmare from start to finish. It took over 9 months to complete my pool — far beyond what was promised — and throughout the process, communication was inconsistent, vague, and often nonexistent.
I paid my final installment, trusting that the job was nearly done, but to this day I still haven’t received the heat pump that was included in the contract. Despite repeated follow-ups, I’ve gotten no clear answers or resolution. At this point, I feel completely taken advantage of.
Avoid this company at all costs. What should have been an exciting home upgrade turned into a frustrating and costly ordeal. Hire someone who stands by their word and respects their customers — TLC Pools & Spa is not that company.

I’m a contractor that performed work for them for a customer in Paris. The owner of TLC Pools was unethical and stole my workers after completing a job they didn’t pay me for. Turned out they didn’t pay my workers on the next job as well. I ended up having to file a lien on the home owners residence. The home owner is now pursuing a lawsuit against Matt and TLC Pools. Look into all the bad reviews given by many for their performance and save yourself a nightmare.
