TM Concrete was hired to replace our front stairs and path, and install a low retaining wall. These people have NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING! They were constantly trying to cut corners, they left our yard a disaster, they broke the water main to our house, while using sledge hammers on our path. Though we were home when it happened, and asked about the sound of running water, they said they didn't hear anything, then covered up the flooding yard and left. We were left to clean up this mess on our own. The work they did is terrible, the edges of the path are messy, the surface has brush marks going in every direction; it looks like my children smeared over the top of it. The retaining wall is our biggest concern, it has several LARGE cracks (running completely through the wall front to back, from top to bottom). They did not install it properly or to building code, it is too close to the sidewalk, and the toenail is above the ground (not code). We are concerned about the large cracks at the corners where the two sides come together. They did not use any type of stabilizer in the wall. The wall now needs to be repaired, or replaced. The cracks appeared the evening they took the molds off. When we questioned, they said small cracks were normal, and they skim coated over them, assuring us they would be fine. They have just gotten worse and worse. I have called them every day for the last 3 months, they will not answer or return my calls, and hang up on me when I call from different numbers.
