OVER CHARGED
The bid wasn’t itemized so when the final bill came in we found many things that should have been included in the original bid but weren’t, things that were in the original structure like a garbage disposal or cabinet pulls. And when I questioned why we were being charged for these things, he threatened to involve his lawyer because I was “a narcissist”.
He chose many finishes for me, and when I stated they were not what I wanted (because he never asked, forgot, or ordered something different from what I requested), he offered to change them for an additional charge. He chose my kitchen and bathroom faucets for me without ever asking what I wanted.
I could write pages and pages of complaints or share screen shots of conversations (and am happy to if anyone would like to see them)
I gave 2 stars because the workers and project manager were nice and hard working. The owner, Tom Malone is VERY DIFFICULT to work with. Horrible communication and misogynistic. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
