My furnace repair service through TMC Heating and Cooling was absolutely outstanding!! Jeremy from TMC Heating and Cooling arrived promptly as scheduled. He was warm friendly attentive, professional and very thorough with his diagnosis of the problem. He first checked our Ecobee thermostat that originally notified us our furnace was not working. Once opening the furnace he knew exactly what was wrong. To confirm his suspicions he hooked up his tools which proved his diagnosis was correct. Jeremy explained in detail the problem and what was needed to resolve it. We thankfully have intermittent heat for now until the replacement part arrives. Yesss! It was two days where it's warmer outside than in - only doable with electric blankets. Follow up...within 30 minutes after leaving Jeremy gave us a follow up call to let us know the progress. Part ordered and received quickly. Jeremy returned, replaced the part and insured everything was running properly. We've never used this company before but from the attentiveness, understanding and efficiency of Martha who scheduled our appointment asap, to the knowledge and professionalism of Jeremy, if we need HVAC services in the future we're calling TMC Heating & Cooling! Thanks guys JF
