Be wary of this company. They do not have their own staff, not reliable and not honest. Scope of work is very vague and not professional. I wish I could give is zero stars.

These guys are shady, high pressure, expensive, disrespectful and will not take no for an answer. I made a request for a quote for pavers for our front yard. Hiring TMK construction to work at my house was a complete mistake. Having my wife and I deal with the construction workers including its project manager/salesman Arie Levy was a total nightmare. Experiencing completion of the project would really make you think that constructors from hell do exist.

The project went in to completion stage with unresolved issues, however, the finished product is sub-par, the pavers are uneven, some pavers sunk and some are raise due to un-compact and not level.

DO NOT USE TMK Contruction-This is not an honorable company, DO NOT give TMK Construction any business. We, the consumers, do not let shady company exist to scam us our hard-earned money.

Hiring TMK construction to work at my house was a complete msitake. Having my wife and I deal with the construction workers including its project manager/salesman Eli Sonsol was a total nightmare. Experiencing the following would really make you think that constructors from hell do exist:
(1) my wife experienced a response from one of the workers of "I do not care if we damage your house", (2) Eli Sonsol insisted that my wife write a check and even handed my wife our checkbook sitting on my work-desk in my absence ;wife warned him of harassment then Eli walked away , (3) upon talking to him about it he talked back to us like with roar like response as if we don't deserve respect as seniors, (4) filed a complaint to the TMK construction office and requested that he be off the project but of no avial, (5) he came to the house again and raised his voice after hearing our concerns to him then I asked him to leave; TMK sent in an his alternate because the refused to allow Eli to my house.

The project went in to completion stage with unresolved issues, i.e. damages to the wooden floor in the hallway and interior walls. I am very disappointed for what we have been through and I hop e it does not happen to anybody paying $19,000 for a bathroom remodel.

TMK did some work to replace the insulation in our attic then remove our "popcorn" ceiling and repaint it. The overall quality of the work was good though they lack attention to detail. The real issue I have is that their workers broke a small table and didn't tell us. Also, our house required hours of extra cleaning to remove leftover dust. Bottom line is their 2 sales people agreed to have the company repay us $250 for the broken table and the extra cleaning., That was over a month ago. They do not do what they say. This is a simple thing to "fix" and their lack of communication to me is very unprofessional. They also tried to convince us we needed more work done on our house. Anyway, I do not recommend them.

These guys are shady as they come. Stay away. Once in your house they will not leave. Two guys came to the house, quoted 14 times the cost as others and then proceeded to split up and case our house. Constantly berated me about when my spouse was home, pressured me to make a decision repeatedly when they were there just to provide a quote, would not leave when I asked, I finally just left the table and walked to the door and demanded they leave. They will ask to use your bathroom multiple times to get inside. Parked away from the house (presumably to stay off cameras). I want to report them but I guess its not criminal to treat women like crap and disrespect them while making them feel unsafe in your own home as long as you asked to use the bathroom first.

I call TMK for a kitchen and flooring remodeling estimate. Ray the project mgr. a very pleasant person to talk, not a pusher like others show up in time and give us an estimate that was in the middle between others estimates. The work was done in timely manner and to our satisfaction. The "brass" of the company made periodic visits to check the progress of the work and our satisfaction with the work. Thy are very responsive and worked with us every issue that we had. We highly recommend TMK for any remodeling work.

After stressing over bids from other companies when it came to redoing our bathroom; I finally settled with TMk and felt so at ease with them. They did such a quality job for a bargain price! Thanks again:) now.. let's move on to the kitchen.

MY wife and I were in dire need of bathroom renovations ! This company went above and beyond. They totally took their time but yet finished in a timely manner. Once completed I was in total awe! I recommend them forsure!

There is nothing more satisfying than being able to trust a company to make your dreams come true within your own home. They redid my kitchen and bedroom in August and I couldn't thank them enough for the amazing job that they did!

As an avid HGTV lover, I'm always looking for the next BIG project. Funny thing is I have no idea what I'm doing!? A friend referred me to a company called TMK Construction and I was all for it! The staff beer very knowledgeable about thier products and services. I felt very confident that my home will look like one of the homes on Fixer Upper! Thanks TMK for making a rookie feel right at home!

I had TMK re do our kitchen( since we know nothing about construction). These guys are awesome! Super professional at all times. They explained what they were doing before they did it, which I really liked. They came in lower than other bids so pricing is great! I enjoyed having them perform the work. It was stress free!

I would definitely recommend TMK! Very reliable company! Great communication when asking for a quota and very straight forward. I did some work on the interior part of my garage and also kitchen, and loved it! Thanks again for doing such a great job!

If you ever have a remodeling or construction project you need done this is the company to get it done. TMK construction took the time to listen to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The pricing on my projects have all been reasonable and completed in a timely manner unlike some services that can take forever and disrupt your lifestyle. Not with them. The convenience was amazing. Great professional, hardworking company. They were able to help the idea I had come to life with all of the little details and accents I had requested. My living room revamp/update got done in a very timely matter.

TMK Construction did a spectacular job and went above and beyond. My boyfriend and I moved into a new house and decided to get a few things remodeled. His friends actually recommended this construction company because they made their house look even more beautiful, inside and out. The few things they worked on were our tiles, kitchen, bathroom, and my walk in closet. This team of amazing workers will not disappoint.

I’m actually new to the California area just moved here 6 months ago from New Jersey, my wife and I didn’t like the structure of our family room, one of our family friend recommended TMK Construction and I’m so happy they did that added so much to the room and put a few shelves in the bathroom and now it’s perfect, if you need any work done to your house definitely book TMK Construction.

My girlfriend and I just moved into a new place and we wanted to do some remodeling work for our kitchen. We had a very specific job in mind and I can definitely say they hit the nail on the head. They ripped out the nasty, old linoleum and replaced it with beautiful tile, as well as redid some of the walls. The entire process was expedited nicely and was done efficiently. If you’re looking to get your kitchen done, or anything else, I would highly recommend checking these guys out!

TMK construction was extremely easy to work with. They were on time, went above and beyond and their prices were very fair. As a young millennial who isn't very handy, they were quick to include me every step of the way and explain things when needed. I highly recommend them!

I couldn't ask for my bathroom to look any better than they have it. I was ready to pay a bunch of money just because that's what somebody said. I saved money and time and I owe it all to TMK Construction.

The work was completed surprisingly fast and they answered all my questions and concerns. They did an excellent job.

Choosing TMK Construction was one of the best choices I made for expanding my home. Doubled the size of my living room also added an additional room for a very great price . I highly recommened , very professional and didn't take as long we thought.

Fantastic experience with TMK construction. I just moved into the house and I wanted to rebuild the kitchen and make it modern. They gave me a great quote. Their customer service goes above and beyond anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone needing work on their house.

DO NOT USE TMK-This is not an honorable company. They cashed our check and then decided the estimator made an error and wanted another $14000 on top of the agreed upon $25000. They hang up on us when we call. As an architect, I take a dishonest construction company personally and am notifying as many professionals as I have contacts with, as well as filing a state complaint(which they laughed at and said they won’t do anything) ,and the Association of Realtors and Developers, the Professional Contractors Assoc, CSI, Home Advisor, etc. They cheated someone in their own industry. Not sure they’re American but if they are, they should feel shame. Lawsuit being filed .

My family recently bought a new home and we hired TMK Construction to help us remodel. We wanted the modern look and they nailed it! I've attached the before and after pictures of my new home and they did an AMAZINGGGG job changing the carpet to wooden tiles and repainted the walls in such a short period of time. They were very professional, efficient, and finished very quickly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for home improvements!

I’m so satisfied with TMK CONSTRUCTION. They installed new windows and did amazing job. TMK is a reliable and dependable company. Project was complete in a professional and timely manner. I will definitely will be hiring them again and will be referring them to friends and family.

We recently remodeled the kitchen and it looks absolutely amazing! I'm so in love with my kitchen now and I'm looking forward to start cooking more with this new decor! My kitchens counters had been cracked due to accidents during birthdya parties, TMK Construction was very quick to reply to me after contacting them about an inquiry. They were very timely in setting up an appointment to do an inspection and were able to actually complete the work the same day for the counter repairs. The work took a few hours bu the kitchen counters look great and you cant even tell that there was damage done. Great company

My husband and I are so excited and pleased to have worked with TMK construction! We had been planning to remodel our bathroom for a while but couldn't find the right company to work with until we came across TMK. Thanks TMK for all your help and your professionalism. Tmk construction did a complete make over in my bathroom. Love it the walk in shower is amazing great customer service and quality work. They gave me bunch of great ideas and then made it come full circle.

I went to TMK to get new windows installed into my home, and they did an amazing job. A major upgrade form the windows I had. These new windows were custom, they needed to redo the window area after removing my old ones. These are way better and cancel out a lot of noise from the outside. You can’t even tell that they had to redo the window seals and stucco. Whatever home improvement job you may have or anything needed for construction this is the company to go with.

We hired TMK to do a full remodel of our kitchen. My mom wanted to redo all the cabinets, create an island, add marble counters and install recessed lighting. We went to a couple other construction companies, but TMK gave us the lowest quote and had the best customer service. The team came in to tear out the old kitchen and put in a new one. The final product looked amazing. I wish I took pictures of the old kitchen so I could do a side by side transformation. I'm really happy with the new kitchen, and all the new cabinet space and island makes it easier to store everything and entertain.

My husband and I hired TMK Const. to replace the carpets in our house with tile. They have amazing customer service, friendly staff in all aspects of the project. Very quick and dependable work. The new tile looks amazing and they made it look so easy. Definitely going to hire them for our next project.

These guys were great.I got room addition for my son with custom closets.Their quote was accurate and their job was clean .I recommend calling them for fast reliable home remodeling.

My husband and I are retired and we never used our backyard.

We wanted a sophisticated yet low maintenance space.
We really had no idea what direction we wanted to move in.

TMK Construction came and surveyed our land. They designed our backyard and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Our end result is a pool. hot tub, built in fire pit with seating.
We also had artificial grass installed and it looks lovely.
