We are a townhome community that uses TNT as our general contractor for most projects in the community like fencing, roof repair, gutter and downspout installation, concrete, window wells, etc. They have done an excellent job on all projects and are great to work with. The workers are very personable. Unlike many contractors we’ve worked with in the past they are timely with both work and proposals. We have received compliments from homeowners on the work that’s been done as well as the professionalism. So happy to have found this contractor.

We had a truly horrific experience with this contractor, and our review is hoping no other family has to go through the same ordeal. We contracted TNT to do a basement remodel. Every aspect of the construction job was shotty - from the newly created walls being uneven, electric not to code, floors installed poorly with bumps everywhere, ordering custom cabinets without our consent, paint being different sheens - and beyond that they damaged the exterior door. They refused to reply to any attempt to remedy the situation. We called the county to see what could be done - where the clerk informed us that they did not file their insurance with the county - which might explain their lack of response from us - and that "A Contractor is required to renew registration and keep insurance policies in effect for the period of the registration. No permits may be obtained, nor may work already under permit be continued if renewal of registration and the required insurance policies are not maintained. You can print registration information below" . Please go to BBB and also see others negative reviews - and do yourself a favor and research before engaging.
