Do not use him. Does not show up or respond for weeks at a time and always has excuses. Will not follow- and is not dependable. Purchased new unit in August 2024 wasn't installed until October. Said he would pay for my hotel and did not. Supporsed to have 10 year materials and
parts warranty and 1 year labor and of course more excuses why he can't get out to look at it. Lawsuit brewing

He came out and said we need a new compressor. We paid $1800 and haven't heard back from him. The number is turned off when we contact him!
