    Remodel laundry room and bathroom

    As homeowners who have worked with a great number of general and sub contractors for over 40 years (4 remodels, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and numerous outdoor improvements, and one large new home), I can strongly recommend Ted Zimmerman (TNZ Remodeling). Ted’s strengths are not just his skills working with tile of all sort, but carpentry, sheet rock tape and texture - but he is a good communicator who follows up and is prompt with his commitment to job timing. Hire TNZ, you won’t make a better choice for remodeling work.

    repair balcony & laundry room that was damaged by rain water leaks.

    Ted was GREAT! We had recently hired a contractor who screwed up the job,turned out to be unlicensed & quit after spending most of our money while only getting a small portion of the work done. Ted corrected the bad contractor's errors , finished the job very reasonably and did a beautiful job. I very highly recommend him, AND he's a really nice guy to boot ... hire him; you'll be glad you did. ... Glenn S.

    We are so pleased with TNZ! Ted is a pleasure to have around and his work is exemplary. He is very considerate and makes sure to let you know how the project is progressing and what is going on. Our balcony and railing turned out just beautiful, beyond our expectations. Ted advised us of his timeline and the project was completed in the time frame he projected. Cannot express how pleased we are.
