Sitting next to my home is a 5 month old water softener that was installed by Tobin plumbing. The softener has been turned off for months because of the bad smell it leaves in the house. Tobin came out 3 times, and instructed me on how to fix the problem (didn't work) and I was told to have another plumber look at it. Tobin would not contact him. I was then informed that I had waited too long to get a refund.
