    Todd stole thousands of dollars of stuff from my house as he took 40 days to redo a kitchen floor, he never finished the job and left me with a hot water leak, all of his work has to be redone costing me thousands more . I had paid him 4000 dollars, then found out he charged 3,000 dollars on my Lowe's credit card. I have involved the police in this ongoing issue. But am still out thousands, and have lost many u replaceable item. Beware

    New Home Construction project

    I was not going to do this but after what we've found I feel the need to help prevent what happened to us happening to someone else. Todd Holliday has done very poor substandard work for us and we caught it before he had time to cover it up with drywall. We hired 2 other company to come in and inspect his work We've had to have almost all of the work demoed and redone. Todd did not get permits that should have been obtained. The Structural work was not done right at all to include the Stairway build the stem wall for the stairs and the support for the stairs were "Dangerous" to say the least! The extension for the floor of the loft were not done to industry standards to include only 2 nails per joist hanger and nailed through the existing drywall, not to the board.... The support beam for the extension to the floor were not to code and one end was nailed through the existing drywall and not to the wood in the wall. All of the drywall that was supposed to be 5/8" was 1/2" not to code. We paid him over $3000 to start and it's costing us over $7000 to have it demoed to start to do the job to code. We were told by 2 different contractors that Todd did not give us the appropriate paper work required by the
    State of Oregon and not a proper contract to boot. The fact that our current contractor has called it dangerous and very sub standard and not to code is alarming. He is documenting everything and taking photos for us to present a case to the builders board.
    I would not recommend Todd Holliday at all to build anything for me or anyone else.
