Todd Jeffcoat with Atlanta Heating Solutions has been servicing my HVAC twice a year since the Fall of 2019. He is very reliable, on time, thorough and does not try to ‘upsell his service’. (i.e. ‘you might need to replace the system’. Today, 10/18/2022, Todd became my ‘Knight in Shining Armor’. He was working on the HVAC, heard me fall, and immediately came to my assistance. I’d slipped in a wet spot on a very hard floor. He patiently assisted in helping me to stand, walk to a chair, cleaned up the wet spot, placed a carpet in the location, helped me obtain something to drink and ibuprofen. The entire time he was very polite, gentle and kind. Also, completed the service call. He’s a Gem!! I can’t say “ThankYou” enough. THANK YOU!!
