I would not recommend Todd Burris to anyone. He was recommended by a pool installer to do the concrete finishing work. He came out gave a price. We agreed and gave him a 2,000.00 deposit. The pool installer was feeding us lies so we cancelled his service. I notified Todd told him the situation that the pool is cancelled and we need him to refund our 2,000.00. He said no problem. He then called and said he could install the pool but it wouldn’t be until a July we said no we our going with another company and he uses his own concrete guy. That was in May. We still haven’t received the deposit however we received text messages that it he mailed the check. He bluntly robbed us and now lies to us,
