    Poor quality, difficult to work with, very limited ability to review him, removes facebook reviews and no ability for Google reviews, works with Bartlett Benner Realty so will leave one there also. Consumers have had issues and should be aware of problems others have had to make informed choice on using him for remodeling or home building. If you purchase one of his renovated homes do yourself a favor and have it inspected by a qualified inspector that you have selected, pay attention to the plumbing, foundation, issues that can be hidden.

    Purchased a home he flipped. It has been nothing but a headache. Replaced both the hot water heater and furnace within the first year. Now the roof needs replaced and foundation repaired. I would strongly advise anyone to get an inspector not associated with him as well.

    We bought a home that he flipped. Not even a year in, and our master shower tile started coming off the curb. We now have to retile the shower and as the project has gone on…we realize what a terrible job he did. We have all kinds of mold on the shower subfloor and it needs replaced. I would never buy a home from him!

    Horrible
    Never hire him to remodel unless you want stuck with a half poorly finished job. Never pay him upfront. Todd is capable of performing good work only in homes he purchases and flips because it's his dime. And I would be sure to have a home inspection with someone who is not associated with him.
    He really put a hard working retired elderly person and a young family in a bind.

    You could tell his heart was not into to fixing up our home. Nothing was completed the paint job was bad complained he was losing money working on our home because he said he gave us a deal. Really.... so we agreed to part ways with kitchen not being completed. Heard through the grapevine that 2 others had the same issue with Todd Heres some advice. Do not take a job of you really don't want to do it. Everything turns out sloppy and not what we expected. Be Leary
