Mountain Park, Lake Oswego Condo Remodel

" Recently I purchased a condo in Lake Oswego/ Mt. Park. The condo had not been updated since the early eighties. I solicited bids from three contractors to bring the condo up to date. I ended up choosing Todd Sanders Construction. Todd was the only contractor that pointed out areas that would substantially improve the appearance of the condo, as well as keep my budget in check. The other contractors just gave me a bid. The project took approximately 4 weeks to complete. During that time I was kept up to date with costs and completion dates.There were no surprises or cost overages. When subcontractors were required, Todd made sure the job was done right, and pointed out ways to save additional dollars. In addition, Todd is probably the most organized contractor I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Everything was kept clean, there were no paint spills, no garbage left to clean up and dispose of, no dust. It was move in ready upon completion. I would highly recommend Todd Sanders for any construction project you might have. He by far and away exceeded my expectations. "

" Todd Sanders Construction rebuilt part of our kitchen after carpenter ants dined on it and we were very pleased with the quality of the work and of Todd's work ethic and his carpentry skills. One aspect of Todd's skill that we greatly appreciated is his ability to sense how the finished project would look, ensuring that all details of the job fit together properly. One example in our kitchen was having new windows and sills on two walls match correctly with existing counter top height. None of the melding of the old and the new happened by chance or accident but rather by careful attention to detail. Also, Todd had good ideas which we incorporated in the project. Todd has excellent carpentry skills and high standards of personal workmanship. This can be seen in the way he made sure the new cedar shakes on the outside of the house were in line with the existing ones and the way he meticulously wove the new in with the existing so that, when painted, the new walls looked like they had been on the house from the beginning. Another facet of Todd's workmanship that we observed and appreciated was his fastidiousness about his tools, his truck and, much to our delight, his worksite (our kitchen!) Further, he expected such professional behavior by others working on the project. Finally, Todd always kept his word. We would hire Todd again and we recommend him without reservation. "

" Todd Sanders Construction remodeled a bathroom in the home my wife and I recently purchased. We wanted a new bathroom in a space that was small, very dated and on a budget that we could afford. He listened thoughtfully to our desires for the new bathroom and offered several suggestions that could meet our goals. The end result was a complete reconfiguration of the space with new everything – window, tub, toilet, tile, and fixtures. The new bathroom was finished well before the deadline we had agreed upon and just under budget due to the money saving suggestions Todd Sanders Construction suggested. We love our new bathroom! Our house has many other projects that need to be done and Todd Sanders Construction is the only contractor we will hire. "
