I now have a furnace that I can't use it is not connected to the electrical box and I can't get propane tanks hooked up do to lack of permits. I tried contacting Todd Moss several times via phone , texts and Email with no response from Todd so basically I am left with trying to find another contractor in R.I. to finish the job I am not happy and I will not Recommend Todd Mosses services to anyone that I know.
