As with all things there was good and bad. The plans he drew were excellent in the attention to detail. We ran into issues with the fact that he is a Long Island architect and we are in NYC (there were many objections to the initial plans because of this, as well as the fact that we had to hire a separate expeditor).He is SUPER pleasant to deal with, and everyone in his office was as well.All being said I was satisfied over all, but would probably not recommend him to a friend without informing them of the shortcomings we experienced.
