  Please don’t call this contractor scammer. Quick in bid, quick on promises to get started with large money down to get started. Every excuse including sick wife, daughters wedding, and oh yeah... the God Bless. What work he did do... had to be redone once we fired him. Didn’t tape Sheetrock seams, dig fencing posts deep enough, electrical issues that caused sparks and breaker box trips. Lost his license in KC, so he branched outside of KC. KC Tv station did a scam story on him. Find it on YouTube. He ran from them & he’ll find from you....with your money. Such a waste of time.

  Yeah, not much more that I can say that hasn't already been said below. Responded quick until he got the contract, then was weeks before he did anything. Was hired to clear a fence line and grade the side and back yard. Finally sent a couple guys out, they hacked all of the bushes part of the way off, stood around drinking big gulps, then left. This happened twice, and then I never saw anyone again.

  Same thing as below, same as his voice mail message, God bless is nothing but a way to secure business and catch people off guard. Then as soon as he gets your money, it's nothing but a bunch of excuses and no action. I have constant contact with Todd and am still having problems getting any traction.

  Do not stop here, move along, this is not the guy you want to hand your money over to!

  Absolutely the worst person ever! He will talk about how important his religion is to him and then he will totally rip you off. He wants a large down payment for supplies, but he spends it on everything BUT your project. He does not have a crew and he is incompetent. RUN! You will never see your money or a finished project.

  I hired Todd to replace siding and paint my house. He was not the lowest bid, but I wanted the highest quality, and Todd had good references. The guys showed up with the wrong tools, and the first two pieces of siding were butchered. Todd appoligized, and agreed with me, then had them replace it, but the finished product was installed visibly crooked. The electrical meter just hangs off the house. Radon unit was damaged and poorly put back together. Then they abandoned the job, yard was full of nails and a few razor blades, yard dibris, and parts of the house exposed to the weather. Todd promised to refund my $3000 down payment, and still owes me $2,800. He will say all the right things, but then does not follow through. Do not trust this man as I did, he will take your money.
