Two weeks ago, Todd Whittley agreed to sale me a lot on Enclave. This was verified with 2 separate phone calls, with witness', during the past 2 weeks. After I spent thousands on a floor plan specifically designed for Enclave, from a survey received from him, after he had agreed to sale, he turned 180 degrees and acted as if we never spoke or texted. I know have a custom house plan (architecturally deigned $$$$) that cannot be used AND 2 weeks behind schedule.
