  Similar to the previous review, Mr Tokarcik was sent by Citizen's to inspect our home and failed to make note of our 13 permitted, code credentialed impact windows which caused us be an increase of $2450. Yes, he is very personable. Yes, he made a HUGE error that is causing me a big problem to unwind.

  I give this architect not even one star, this architect cannot read or translate blueprints. This person was sent by Citizens Insurance Company to inspect our house for renewal of our policy. This inspection was done on April 20, 2012, Mr. Tokarcik was very friendly and told my husband and myself that we had an updated well built home. We totally rebuilt our home in 2004, new roof, new Hurricane windows and doors. We showed Mr. Tokarcik him the inspection sign offs and window and door product sheet, which he made copies, and the blueprints which explain in detail the roof strapping system and attatchment to the walls. In one section of our home we have a flat roof which consists of less than 10 % flat roof, and he calculated more than 10%, so we did not receive that deduction, we also didnt receive a credit for our hurricane doors and windows, he didnt see the rating so he put unknown on his inspection. We gave hime the product sheets. We also didnt receive credit for our roof strapping system or toe/ nail system because he could not see in the attic, if maybe he would of climbed up there instead of just sticking his head and up there and then writing on his report unknown strapping so we didnt receive credit for this deduction either. Because of this mans incompetence our policy went up 3,775.00 per year it more than doubledwhat we already pay 2,400.00 for a new grand total of 6,175.00. This is just totally wrong, be a professional and do the job correctly that what Citizens expects and pays for. I can understand not receiving this deduction if our home is not up to standard, but when myself and husband gave him all the paperwork and he puts unknown for certain items it makes me question his license. I also want to state he told myself my husband that our policy should stay the same because eveything is up to code. I will be making a of formal complaint to the Board of Arcitecture and Interior Design. Please if this man is scheduled to do your inspection ask for someone else, beware. Sincerely, Mrs. Quinones
