  Contractor work after water damage

  Do not use them...run and run fast. Don't believe a word. He cannot produce any receipts if you ask. He gouges you on prices and gets upset if you question the work.

  I forgot to add to my 1st remarks:

  I had the deck repaired by a reputable contractor. I had to pay another $1500.00 to fix Tolerico's mistakes!

  Mr. Keith Tolerico finished my lower level of my home in 2006 and did a wonderful job. We rehired him in July of 2010 to re-do our rear deck. He made many mistakes and when I questioned him and why he was doing things I was told, it was their design and it would be fine. It was not fine! He made calculation errors and to compensate for those mistakes he narrowed my staircase from 36" to 30"
  I contacted him and asked to stop by so we could discuss this. He made an excuse as he was going to be away and asked just what was the problem. When I explained to him that I discovered WHY the stairs we e now narrower, he never returned my calls. I sent several e-mails and got no response. When I sent a letter he ignored it. I went to the Better Business Bureau and he ignored their letters and phone contacts.
  I finally sent a certified letter and told him either he contacts me or I go to my attorney.
  His reply was " You paid me, I am not doing any more work for you, leave me alone"
  He is a very nice young man, who did great work in the basement.
  He XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXS at decks, is not a man of his word and will not stand behind his work.
  DO NOT USE THIS MAN. HE'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK.....
