    Tom Binns and I have worked together now for 15 years. Tom has always been professional and honest. As a decorative plumbing and appliance specialist I have worked with many contractors and I have to say Tom has shown amazing craftsmanship and design expertise with all his clients. He brings that something extra to every job. I would recommend Tom Binns to any of my potential clients.

    Tom Binns construction handled our remodel after we sustain significant water damage from a broken toilet while away on vacation. We were very pleased with the entire job including an additional remodel of our upstairs Master bath, closet and loft area which was not part of the water damage issue. Tom Binns construction not only lived up to their promises and pricing but went beyond with some additional features that were thrown in to enhance what we wanted. Tom Binns was also personally on the job everday making sure everything happend as designed and is a very hands on contractor. I would highly recomend this company and can vouch for Tom Binns integrity.

    In 1998, my husband and I built our first home in El Dorado Hills. What a nightmare!!! We had to fire the contractor, then realized after contacting several other ones to finish the job no one was willing to complete someone else's project. Friends of ours had just completed renovations on two homes and highly recommended Tom Binns. What an angel! He went Above and Beyond. He is meticulous, honest, professional and always "on time". He even made us a gift of a table from the leftover kitchen granite. I give Tom Binns Construction 5 stars.
