    Development of 3 lots to an apartment building

    Tom Cook just completed our new apartment building for homeless American Veterans in Sarasota Fl. We couldn't be happier. Tom worked hard to lower the costs while producing a high quality building. His subcontractors were amazing and everyone of them expressed their admiration of Tom and his company. This is a true contractor, one who earns trust everyday and stands by his word and his results. Number 1

    Kitchen remodel

    Kitchen Remodel. YES YES YES How nice to have a contractor professionally draw up contract with only 10% down and draws as project completes. Not only were his staff timely, they also worked hard and cleaned up after each visit. I cannot recommend Tom Cook any higher. He answers all questions and was flexible to adaptations as we went along. Not inly was his quote one of the most reasonable. The work was done professionally and timely. Thank you Tom for a great Kitchen remodel experience.
