Had an excellent experience with Tom French building my villa. Always responsive to my questions, and did an excellent job. He has a reputation, which is well derserved, for great quality homes. Would HIGHLY recommend him.

Tom French used an unsupervised crew who slapped together our home as quickly and cheaply as possible. The home was expensive to build and was very poorly constructed with numerous expensive problems that we have had to fix on our own with his persistent refusal to reimburse us for these repairs. Our experience with his company was nothing short of a disaster, and we would not recommend that anyone build a home with him!

I would not have Tom French Construction build a dog house. His quality might have been good years ago but has gone in the toilet the last 15 years. Crews are unsupervised, cheap materials used, put together quickly with no attention to any detail. He charges way too much and won't fix anything. If you try to file a suit he only offers $10,000.00 - his favorite number which is piss in the wind. He should be shot.
