    We own and manage commercial properties in three counties and have used Kiley Roofing for our commercial roofing for about 20 yrs . We went thru alot of undependable companies before a business associate recommended Kiley This company does good work Flat roofs are probably the worst we have for problems The ones this company did are no longer a problem .The repairs they have done for us in bad weather ! We really like Tommy He has come out and stopped leaks in the winter, At three in the morning when a tree fell on one of our apartment buildings, We had a roof blow off during a storm They were here within an hour and some how got a huge section of flat roof that blew off to flop back over They temporarily attached it down and saved us tens of thousands in damages to 5 floors of apartments ! This business does hundred of repairs and roofs a year Everyone we've recommended them to has thanked us. I see there's a couple bad reviews here The one looks like two complaints from the same person Unfortunately happy customers dont write alot of reviews and I know from years in business there's some that no matter what you do they won't be happy. This is a good company in a business with alot of fly by night operators This guy has been around a long time at the same address I know they moved to Brooklyn on Memphis recently To a new property in a better area Great local business Great owner Dependable company Keep up the good work Tommy ask every customer you deal with to write a review and I'm sure within a month This site will be swamped with positive input instead of a couple of haters

    Dishonest hack

    DO NOT HIRE THIS HACK! Tom Kiley has caused all kinds of headaches and problems for me since i hired him to install a new roof. It took him forever to start work despite promises. Once work began he was part way done and it rained. I had rain water coming in to my house in every single room. LAKES on the floor everywhere. Despite promises he has still not taken care of repairs from the flood. He also did very shoddy work on the roof. I know this because I had to hire another roofer to come fix all the things that weren't right and were leaking every time it rained. Kiley also did not finish the roof itself, it still has to be silver coated (flat roof). He refuses to answer multiple attempts to reach him by phone, text and email. So even though the job is paid in full I had to pay another roofer to fix the leaks and do the silver coat. Every aspect of the job was unprofessional and dishonest. An employee bricked my iPad (without permission) when I wasn't around, the workers never had enough materials to work with, they never showed up when promised, and when things went south Tom refused to complete our contract, stopped communicating despite my staying pretty cool and polite.

    Tom did a great job on our roof eves. Took him a little bit to get to job but that was because of all the rain we got and all the calls he got. But great job Tom
