Tom Pezzano did work for our condo association a few years ago and he did an excellent job. He tore down a roof-top deck so we could have the roof replaced and then he rebuild a beautiful deck. Tom has done other jobs for our condo association and he is always very professional. Tom Pezzano is a very hard-working, honest man who stands behind all of his work.

Complete con artist. Milked our insurance company for over $8,000. Destroyed our kitchen, broke multiple appliances that then needed to be replaced, and destroyed other parts of our house. He stole over $8,000 from us. We were left with a gutted kitchen and destroyed house. Beware. He has a pretty extensive criminal record too.
