Contractor took deposit monies and never returned to complete the work. I tried several times to work things out with Tom and he is now not answering calls or text and has not returned to complete the work. I am now left with finding another person to reconstruct my retaining wall and pay out more monies. I referred the contractor to 2 friends prior to realizing that he was not operating in an honest manner. The friends have reported that he did not come back to finish their work until stern discussion were conducted. Do not pay him until all work is completed.
