    we had a frustrating experience with Tom & Ron's Repair. Received a bid to replace fencing which we accepted and were put on their schedule. Date would arrive, we'd be told delay. This went on for 4 months. Because we had a fence repair previously with them, we waited in good faith. They didn't seem to care when we called to say we were going with someone else, which we did out of business courtesy. We recommend you call Superb Fencing Company at 402 800 0771, they did a great job on our new fence!

    Great experience! 3 fence posts broke in a strong wind, and they came out the next dat to brace it, and back shortly after and replace the posts! They were reasonable and we would highly recommend them!!

    What a terrible experience! This company was highly recommended to me for fence repair. The day that they finally came to do the job, I came home from work to find out all they did was put new posts in and nail the old fence back up (less that 2 hours of work total, according to my cameras) Now my fence is totally uneven, crooked, broken pickets, etc., it looks terrible! They didn't even let the concrete cure overnight before nailing the fence sections back up. When I voiced my concerns to Ron, he immediately got defensive and argumentative and told me that he knew his guys did a great job and that he is "the best in the business." When I told him his bid was too high since the competing bids I received included all new pickets, Ron told me that wasn't true. After the job was done my kids found a saw blade, nails, and clumps of concrete in the yard. The only response I got from Ron was that if I want new pickets, he is glad to come and give me an estimate. Definitely not worth the money or hassle!

    remove and replace drop down attic stairs in the garage

    I had these guys do some fence post repair. While it was a little pricey they did a good job. While talking to the workers they said they do about anything if I needed something else done in the future. About a year later I called Ron and asked if they would remove and replace my attic drop down stairs in the garage as the old one broke. He said sure bit they couldn't get to it for 7-10 days. No problem as I didn't need access tot he attic for awhile. Long story short Ron blew me off for three weeks despite repeated phone calls none of which he returned. I called another outfit on a Thursday and they came out on Friday and did the work in about and hour and a half. Still no contact from Ron. What lousy way to treat a return customer which they have lost. I may not know who to call for future work but I sure know who not to call and i will tell others. Don't use Tom and Ron's repair

    Do not use this company, guys cut corners and did not complete the job according to contract. Long story short had to threaten small claims court until they came back out. Ron is so rude to the customers. Do not contact them.

    build deck around half of above ground pool and stain

    We had a deck built and stained around our above ground pool . The deck itself is well built however the stain is a very poor job. There are several areas where the stain is blotched AND there are stain spots along the wall of our above ground pool and the ladder is smeared with stain. When I contacted Ron to come and see the work that was done he was very nonchalant about the stain blotches and advised me that stain "spots" can and will happen. I asked him if he could send someone to come clean up the stain spots around the pool edge as well as the ladder. He advised he would have someone come out. A week later and no one showed up. This would have been a 15-minute job. Clearly, Ron does not think customer satisfaction is a top priority for a small locally owned business. I am very dissatisfied. Not only is the deck stain blotchy, stain spots on the edge, stain on my ladder but they got a stain in my pool which cost me a visit to the pool company to resolve. Communication and resolve are not our strong points with Ron.
