Tom Silva and his crew just wrapped up our kitchen remodel and did a fantastic job! My husband and I are the original owners and have lived in our home for over 30 years. They did a total gut job with the exception of our floor tile that was replaced approximately 4 or 5 years ago. The remodel was completed in 3 weeks as promised and was a pleasant experience from start to finish! Tom is a stickler for keeping a clean work site and went above and beyond to make sure he did everything possible to cut down on dust spreading to the rest of our home and reducing our stress of living without a kitchen. Everyone who worked on our job was on time, friendly, and seemed to know their stuff. They all held Tom in high regard which says a lot! Tom's temperament is always upbeat, and his goal is to exceed the expectations of his homeowners while being very reasonably priced. We appreciated that Tom was always easy to get ahold of for questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom Silva Construction to anyone who is looking for a fast, quality and pain free remodel at a fair price!
