    Downstairs/Kitchen remodel
    $95,000

    I had a slab leak and had to remodel my entire downstairs, mainly the kitchen. Tom was great to work with from quote to finish. He was very clear and realistic about the project, and provided excellent insights and ideas along the way. He went out of his way to communicate with me and my wife all through the process, so we always felt we knew exactly what was going on. In the end our downstairs and especially our kitchen blew away our expectations. Highly recommended, and he has done some great work for friends I have referred him to. He will be our first call when we remodel our upstairs.

    Tom Simpson will bill you and keep the money instead of paying subcontractors. He cannot be trusted. He lies - he told us repeatedly crews were working on our job. Not true - the job is 10 months overdue and not finished yet.
