Very punctual and helpful. I was a customer with the original Tommy - who passed away - and I have stayed with them. New A/C unit installed last month and they were great. Installer was very helpful and knowledgeable. His "road" boss was helpful above and beyond the norm. I am happy with the installation and with Tommy's overall. I needed electrical upgrades along with this project and they gave me the number of a gentleman that they work with on issues like this - and even that gentleman was fantastic.
