This contractor took money and failed to perform work he contracted to do. He falsely represented himself and copied a permit from another work site and used it for other work. We are working with an attorney to recover $130,000 he has conned from us.

We hired Tony and his team to be a builder for us, and are pleased to give Tony the highest 5 stars. It was a pleasure working with his straight talk/direct mannerism, and his more than 35 years experience in the building industry.
We hired Tony Herchenhahn to oversee the build on 5 high rental investment multi family apartment buildings for us, to be used as one complex. We reviewed many custom homes that he had been involved with building around north AL area prior to hiring, and the workmanship looked very professional. He was upfront with us about the details of the project, and supplied us with a good set of updated modified plans/specs, budget numbers and timelines to complete. As the project went along, he was very good at keeping us updated and working with us and our change orders (we decided to add an extra room after construction began).
Overall, the properties were built on time and on budget. We now have them rented and a nice cash flow each month. We hope to do more in the years ahead, and would very much like Tony to build them also if he is available at that time.
We recommend Tony Herchenhahn and his team whenever anyone compliments us on our wonderful properties.
