Do not hire this "team". The chain link fence they installed was substandard. They had to reset the gate post 3 times and still got it wrong and where the fence started to angle upwards, due to ending at a tree. Well, instead of tucking the fence under they cut it off at the top and they wrapped the chain-link around the corner post. My husband had them semi correct it by adding the brackets and rods. The workers were very nice and really hard working but they were poorly trained and ill equip to do the job. After my husband argued with Tony over the phone (he was asked but would not come to check it out for himself) he gave us a $100 discount. We should have gotten professionals, lesson learned...

Shoddy communication, shoddy work.
We hired this contractor to do general lawn cleanup in front and back, remove some trees and eyesores, and to install a new paver patio out front. We initially ignored some of the negative reviews we found online, wanting to give smaller family business a shot.
Communication was horrible. We would schedule a date/time to start the work and people would not show up, and instead of receiving a call, I would have to call him to find out why they weren't there. This happened multiple times and delayed the work by weeks after we had expected completion.
The weeding was done to about 90% with numerous missed spots, but we initially let that slide. It can be tough to get every little thing, we know. This should have been a warning for us.
When it came time for the patio to be installed, one eyesore was set to be removed. We had to call Tony multiple times to remind him to tell his workers that was part of the work because he kept ignoring that fact and often did not seem to actually listen when we talked.
The patio was then installed unevenly with an angle facing down TOWARD the front of the house. In the northwest. Where we get, you know, water falling from the sky quite often. We were livid and contacted him. He came out and said he would send "better trusted guys" to redo it. When the time came, one worker with a shovel and little else was reinstalling the patio. Not a crew with equipment to make sure it went right, one dude, shovel in hand. It was slightly more level with itself after, but will still send water down to our house at the first heavy rain and the guy cut some of the same corners as the previous crew.
We are in the process of hiring a larger company with a warranty to do this right and realizing why we need to shell out the money for better work. -

Horrible! DO NOT HIRE! destroyed my yard. Was to reseed and fix sprinkler system. Because the sprinklers system was NOT FIXED properly the seeds did not grow. He installed the heads 6-8 inches above ground so even if I ever did have grass, would not be able to mow. Most of the heads did not work.

I would never recommend this contractor. I hired Tony Marques and his helpers to make me a new lawn. They shoveled of the top 1 inch of existing weeds, etc. They put down only about a 1/2 inch of (what they called top soil) unevenly spread seed in clumps and did not cover the seed at all. I had to buy my own peat and spread on top of the seed. They charged me $1100.00 to do a small lawn. Left a mess for me to clean up. Never call this contractor to do a lawn. They do a horrible job!

DO NOT HIRE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We hired Tony because he said that he could change the grass that we had in our yard to astroturf. After agreeing upon an initial price and giving my deposit of $500, we scheduled a time for the first appointment. He failed to show up. First red flag. After 3 times of rescheduling, he finally shows up to work. The first thing he does when he gets to our house is to, not ask, but demand coffee and cookies. This already put me off. I told him that I don't drink coffee and found some cookies and an apple that I then offered. After taking out the existing grass that I had and leaving piles of soil, he said that he was done and would come back. That was fine with me. However, he also started asking for half of the agreed upon money. I refused on the basis that he has shown himself to be inconsistent with showing up for an agreed upon appointment. He says that the money was for buying the turf. I countered that he can buy the turf, show me the receipt, and I will reimburse him for it. He did not want to accept that. So I decided that I would just cancel the job, and call it good since I already gave him the deposit and he already cleared my lawn of grass. He still did not want to accept that, and continued working even after I told him to stop, threatening to put me on social media. I had to call the non-emergency line for the police to get him off my property.
