Tony Rolon installed my Luxaire HVAC in my new home less than three years ago. Thursday the system wasnt cooling my home and frost was building up and condensation all over. Tony did not return my call. My buolder contacted him. He couldn't find the time to come over the next dau but had plenty of time to discuss possible issues with my builder. Tony said he would be available next week!! Seriously?! I was forced to call someone else. This should have been under warranty service. Needed 2 pounds of freon. Its got a leak after only 3 years. Good job! Im out $285 and Tony still hasnt returned my 2nd call to him. Very unhappy and disgusted with Tony!!
