my roof leaked 1 month after a brand new one! It is still leaking, and I had a roofing company come out to do an inspection...……. shingles are not as far apart as they should be , all the vents are on top of the shingles, vents were put in backwards, the flashing around the chimney was not replace just shoved back . Supposedly they replaced the boars when the tore off my whole roof and that doesn't seem to have been done.
