Tony agreed to replace my toilet, vanity, and shower fixtures for hourly rate plus reimbursement for parts, and then charged me full retail value for the fixtures, rather than his cost plus a reasonable profit; he refused to show me the invoice which I need for warranty info, and has failed to abide by his verbal agreement.
