Tony is the most unprofessional contractor that I have ever come across. I found his demeanors to be lofty and at times condescending. I tried to overlook those negative traits and concentrate on professional work since he was recommended by Pini’s hardware.
1) He was an hour and a half late coming to my house. He called 45 minutes later to tell me that he was delayed due to traffic; he arrived an additional half an hour later. When he finally arrived, his excuse was that he was delayed by his business.
2) His promise to provide an estimate for the work that I’ve enlisted his expert opinion never materialized after waiting over a week; furthermore, he has not returned my calls. I can’t speculate as to reason for this unprofessional behavior!!!

I called him and set up a meeting go over details and budget. He was on time and very professional, but most importantly very knowledgable. He told me to check out a few showrooms to pick what I like and let him know so he can give me an estimate. In the next couple days he sent me a bid (very reasonably priced). I was amazed not only by his work and professionalism but also by his crew. The work was done in 10 business days (about 2 weeks). If you are looking for a professional, I would highly suggest to give Tony a call.
