In the process of replacing the entire sanitary sewer system in Oak Island home built by TOO Construction 4 years ago.
The sewer line kept backing repeatedly. Phone calls to TOO concerning the problem never returned.
The sewer line had multiple cracks at the joints, a dip where equipment had been driven over the line after installed created the repeated backing up of sewer. The cleanout was also found 2'0" below grade and no backflow preventer had ever been installed on the line.
So after thousands of $ to replace my only advice is to stay away from this builder.
