Told me the job would take 1 and 1/2 hours, so he quoted me $240 for an exterior pressure regulator including parts. I agreed, and he vanished for 1 and 1/2 hours. Came back and the part took less than 10 minutes to change out, but he was charging me the travel time to and from the hardware store. Work seems good and came with a 1 year guarantee, so I paid him what I agreed to and am rating the job 2 stars instead of 1. A good businessman would have said, "Hey, it only took a tenth of the time so only pay me half of what I quoted you." Fool me once. I will never use this plumber again.
