    Re-drywall/paint kitchen, remove 1950's milk chute, and installation of contemporary wall fireplace.

    My initial project was to take out an old milk chute, and install a pre_fab acrylic block window. All other estimates included re-siding, and reinstalling my fence. The intaller from Top Choice removed the milk chute, and installed my window without disturbing the fence post, and he worked around the existing siding wifh incredible skill!!! The second project, with this same installer, was to install a stainless steel gel fuel fireplace over Air Stone. All other estimates quoted inflated prices, due to difficulty finding the studs through the brick. Top Choice's installer had no problem finding the studs, and securing the fireplace to the wall of stone. That was two years ago. I am ready for another project, and hope to be connecting with them soon for an estimate. Kudos to you, Top Choice!!!!
