I will never recommend Top Dog Construction Tenino, WA to anyone. He took over $42k from us. Promising our project was 4 to 5 weeks. It has been over seven months the work is not completed. We paid for the materials and never received them nor did we received the refund we requested. Per the Top Dog Construction on their website they claim constant communication with the client throughout the project, however; we did not have this experience. We are very disappointed with this company and the little work he has done for us. We will never hire him again.
