I definitely would not recommend this company. This list is so long: damaged furniture during project, didn't level floors properly so gaps left below baseboard and floor up to 3' long and significant gaps below the installed tiles which make loud popping sound when walked on. They (the "company" is the owner Mike Pelletier and an employee that didn't even show up one day - which Mike did nothing about) did not follow manufacturer instructions given to "them" which stated clearly to use 1/4" spacers between the wall and the laminate floor tile. Mike left gaps up to 3/4" so I had to add a "shoe" to the baseboard to hide these gaps adding to my cost of baseboards. Mike cut the tiles in my house vs. my deck or outside my unit which meant black filings sprayed on my walls and all the way into the next room I found filings under my couch and other areas. I kept saying the manufacturer said dirt, debris, etc. were the number one problem to avoid with my "luxury vinyl tile" but he refused to listen ("It's like any other floor."). He ignored other concerns by dismissing me with, "Don't worry, this is what we do." I had to hire another flooring team to finish the job. I sent him a memorandum and final check and asked him to leave the baseboard I purchased from him outside my front door or garage. He did not do this despite returning to my house twice - each time he didn't leave the baseboard. He billed me for this baseboard. Another example: he did not bring the flooring up to the wall under my heating vent which had little room to none for a baseboard under it. He left a huge gap. He said he was going to "open the vent, add a piece of wood and raise the vent grill so that ..." What?! I had to have the folks I hired later slice the baseboard to specific one inch measurements so that this could be placed below the vent to hide Mike's mistake. He also stopped short of louver doors behind which my washer and dryer are stored; this is in a major hallway where my new flooring was being installed. That is, he did not lay the new tile past nor even up to the louver doors leaving at least 5" of old linoleum protruding past the louver doors into the hallway. Unprofessional, terrible work and "no one does this faster than me" lends credence to my position that faster, as we've all learned, is not better quality. Pass on this company.
