We have been working with Chris Kehl of Top Men and Associates Inc for ten years. All of his work has been done to a very high standard both technically and aesthetically. He entirely gutted and rebuilt our 1938 house into a showcase home. And over the years has done many smaller projects for us. We are very pleased with the results and constantly get compliments on the look of our remodel. He has successfully de-watered our basement. The difficulties of that job were compounded by our location by a lake and on top of several springs. The basement has remained completely dry for more than two years. We are particularly impressed with his attention to his clients concerns, his skillful detailed work and his good relationships with the sub contractors that he uses. He has extensive knowledge of code requirements. We have found him patient, knowledgeable and hard working with the very highest standards of a skilled artisan. Most importantly, he always answers his phone.
