I would have given them no star but I was not given the option. Unfortunately, the service provided was not "TOP NOTCH". We were recommeded from a friend with whom they had worked with previoulsy. We were overcharged for service and even worse the shelf that was put back up fell after 2 days. He just used new nails in the same holes. Even after I explained to him that we had done this 3 times before and it obviously needed more support.
After my husband contacted him he was told that he would be back , but he cancelled the and said he would come the next week, but of course he was a no show and never returned the numerous calls afterwards. He did of coursed cash the check.
