Top Notch Contractors did a job for a co-worker, She referred them to me, when I’d asked her who remodeled her kitchen, She gave me their business card, I’d contacted them and They immediately scheduled me for a free quote, they gave me a good price and remodeled my bathroom, Now I’m going to do my upstairs bathroom too, since they charged me a lot less than other contractors and their quality is excellent and delivered what their promised on the estimate.

This contractor fixed my foundation problems !
At almost 30% less than the average quotes I was given from 4 different contractors,I had to go with Top Notch Contractors .
Because I had the emergency to fix my basement problem asap and didn’t really had the money to afford it, Frank Mena came and offered financing for the job plus a 5 year warranty on his labor and materials. I just couldn’t pass that option, although I was a little skeptical, but thank God I hired him. They kind of overkilled the project. Such a wonderful way to operate a business!
He made sure every step of the project was supervised by him on a dally basis and he actually called me every step of the job to show the progress of project. They even fixed my lawn and installed new sod. They left my yard even better than before they started the project!
