I had an unfortunate experience with Top-Notch Construction. We hired them for a simple project to fill in some drains in our warehouse that were no longer needed. The process started well with an initial estimate, but once the work began, the cost suddenly doubled. I can’t imagine trusting this company with a larger project when they couldn’t even stay close to the estimate on such a small job. Very disappointing.
