We had some electrical work done by Top Notch. Make sure you get a quote in writing before getting any work done. As soon as you get the quote and see the price, you will look somewhere else to get your electrical work done. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. I didn't get a quote because it was really a small job, add a couple circuit breakers etc. Next thing I get a whole new Breaker Panel! What a JOKE. Do NOT get any work done from this company.
