I hired TOP Notch painting out of Rio Vista to paint 2 porches. One porch needed to be repainted and the other needed to be painted from weathered bare wood. He never used a primer on the bare wood and the white paint kept bleeding through. He put 2 coats on the bare wood and left it. When I inspected the 2 porches, I discovered that he left a lot not painted. The white was smeared on the blue and vice versa. He was nor reliable at all, not showing up for days. It 2 1/2 weeks to paint 2 porches. Bad work ethics and unreliable. Clearly, he doesnt know the first thing about painting.
