This company was a complete mistake to hire. Their work was defiintely unprofessional. Other than failing to ask questions before doing work which caused a number of re-dos or down right ugly work arounds, they never read directions and made lots of assumptions. Let's start with putting a plastic drain line in the concrete slab in the incorrect place only to be discovered when the carpenters were building the walls to hold the plumbing--the plumbing line was in the incorrect place. They did that with an upstairs bathroom and instead of trying to move the clean out, they put the toilet in over the metal clean out plate--something the building inspector had a fit about. Needless to say they had to remove it, break up concrete to re-position the pipe, and re-concrete--something we refused to pay for since it was their error. And, we purchased a jet tub and before it was completelly installed, it had a hole in it--no doubt from something the plumbers did. Fortunately, Home Depot replaced the tub. The plumbers were putting the valves for the shower in the wrong place. They complained that they were not told, but the contractor did know and told them, they just ignored it. And, when I found them putting it in wrong, they did not stop working until I yelled at the owner who was putting it in wrong to stoop what he was doing. They called for a plumbing inspection and failed on 10 items. One of the items was a failure to caulk around the kitchen sink. They installed the propane gas line and never tested it until after the sheetrock had been installed over the pipes. Then they tested and found out there was a leak which meant taking out sheetrock to fix the gas line. We purchased a whole house water softener which was leaking water out of the bottom. When I had a competent plumber check it out, turns out not onlly did they plumb the lines backwards (in to out and out to in), they poked a hole in the cabinet causing the leak because they did not know how to put the power supply properly in the cabinet. This necessitated buying a new water softener and having it installed properly. Top Notch plumbing shouild not be doing plumbing. They would be better off doing building demolition. Do not use them They are totally incompetent.
